Delete your TraceTray account

TraceTray is operated by Nic Richard. You can request permanent deletion here, without installing the Android app.

Request deletion

Sign in to the account you want to delete, review the details and type DELETE to confirm. In the Android app, open Account, then Delete account.

If you cannot sign in, contact support@tracetray.com from your account email. Ownership must be verified before deletion.

What happens next

Your account closes when the request is saved. Deletion normally starts within a few minutes and failed steps retry automatically. This removes your TraceTray sign-in, account, websites, visits, analyses, screenshots, saved settings and account-linked bug reports. Remove the tracker from your websites too. Deletion cannot be undone.

Any active TraceTray subscription is cancelled during deletion. No automatic refund is issued; refund rights required by law are unaffected. Contact support for billing questions.

What may remain

Matching account-linked support and billing alerts posted by TraceTray's Discord bot are removed during deletion. A deletion receipt containing limited account identifiers and request status is kept for 30 days to handle retries and prevent accidental reactivation. Encrypted database backups expire within 30 days. Payment providers may retain transaction records required by law; limited operational logs may remain for security, incident investigation or legal obligations.
